This is the type of place that keeps me coming back to Airbnbs. Loved the dock and watching the boats go by in the AM.

Lovely stay right by the water! The neighborhood was very peaceful, the water was beautiful, and having super easy access was so much fun! We loved watching sunset from the dock and watching boats drive by, and had a blast fishing in the marshes on the other side of the inlet. The interior was well appointed, clean, and cozy. We want to come back!

Such a wonderful place to stay! The house was clean, cozy, and in such a beautiful location! We enjoyed watching the boats and dolphins swim by during the day! Jonathan and Misty were great hosts and very communicative. We enjoyed everything and had a great trip :)

This was a lovely place for our short trip. Very clean. Nice coffee bar. Though the weather tried to hide it all, we were able to see the dolphins at sunrise before we checked out! The host was VERY accommodating, and replied quickly to questions. Thank you for making our stay comfortable, cozy and easy!

Great little cottage right on the water. Loved the screened porch. Everything was clean and well organized - anything you could need while travelling was provided for - including some snacks! The place was very charming. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer. Overall a flawless experience. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best airbnb experiences we've ever had. The attention to detail was wonderful. Every need was met! The location and views are unmatched. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Sunset, Hot Tub, Sunrise, Dolphins ---with snow on the ground --- was just perfect! Everything was clean and comfortable! And the complimentary snacks were such a nice, unexpected addition! We can't wait to go back!!! :)

We really enjoyed our stay!!! The house is absolutely beautiful and has a great view to go along with it. Everything was very clean and organized and the hosts were extremely hospitable, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. This air b n b was a great find! Me and my friend just wanted to get away for a couple of days and it was perfect! We got to relax and had an awesome view of the water and were able to relax in the hot tub which was the perfect addition. It’s close to lots of stores, restaurants, shops. We also enjoyed the bar around the corner, Riptide’s, on our last night there. I highly recommend this spot!

Great little cottage! Comfortably fit our family of 5 for the night. We were impressed by the thoughtful touches like ensuring there were charging areas on the nightstands and an extensive coffee bar. We would definitely stay again

I loved my stay! Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset, and the home was so cute. The Christmas tree and coffee bar made it super cozy as well. And the stargazing! I enjoyed soaking in the hot tub a couple of times and it was so relaxing to while looking up at the stars. It's clear Jonathan and Misty have put a lot of care into creating a peaceful and welcoming space. I also really appreciated the guidebook. I’d definitely stay here again!

We really loved this place. It has a very nice view. We enjoyed eating in their porch or sitting in the living room with such a gorgeous view. We were able to cook our dinner and breakfast and drink a cup of coffee. We are hoping to come back during the summer and stay longer. Thanks Jonathan and Misty for being so helpful and great hosts. Sweet older style beach cottage, remodeled beautifully, great screen porch on the water for great views. Owner thought of every little detail and amenity needed. Very responsive. Easy, peezy check out. Highly recommend.

This is a classic waterfront cottage that feels well-loved like grandma’s house, is clean & cozy, with super comfortable mattresses, everything you could need in the kitchen & bath, and even a stocked coffee bar. Jonathan is a fantastic & responsive host. Huge screened porch to enjoy sunsets & a nice dock for fishing or swimming in warmer weather. We hope to return!

Jonathan was quick to respond to all of our texts. The place was a little dated but it was super clean and smelled fabulous. We would rent it again for a quiet getaway. It was just what we needed.

Great place to stay. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets available. Enjoyed the porch area. We fished on the pier and caught a few fish. Beautiful views.

This place is a little slice of heaven. All the fishing, swimming, kayaking you want. Location is perfect. Felt right at home.

10 STARS!!! Every single thing about our stay was PERFECT! Great house, private dock with seating. Enjoyed coffee in the morning and happy hour WITH DOLPHINS at night. The house was completely stocked with anything you'd need. Jon was so communicative and friendly. Already checking out the calendar to rebook.

Much needed mini-stay. Really appreciated all the amenities. It was easy to feel at home with lots of cozy blankets and plenty of towels. Very clean but not pristine to where you felt like you were in a museum.

Loved the place! The neighbors were extremely friendly as well. Enjoyed hanging out on the dock with a glass of wine watching the dolphins swim by!

We came back- after leaving 😂 we absolutely love this spot! We enjoyed the quiet location and beautiful view. Our kids loved the hot tub, and watching all the boats pass by! It’s also a plus they had toys for them to play with. We will definitely be back! You couldn’t ask for better hosts!

My family and I had an amazing time. We loved the view and saw dolphins playing daily. We kayaked to the island and collected shells. We enjoyed the water mat and did some fishing. Had a great conversation with the neighbor George who told us about the home and was so nice. The home is in a perfect location and the views are breathtaking. Loved the screened in porch. I highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely be going back.

Sadly we went on days that were rainy, but we still went for a swim from the dock. took a drive to the beach that wasn't but like 12 mins away. the house was cozy, relaxing, we enjoyed our cup of coffee in the mornings either on the front porch or the dock. we saw dolphins swim by in the afternoons and mornings.

We loved are long weekend. The house was great for 5 of us and 2 dogs. The location was very peaceful and loved the early morning view. The only thing we were disappointed in was we couldn’t dock our boat at the boat ramp. We used a marina 5 min away but would’ve loved the convince of using the dock but the wake was way too much to keep at the dock. Not the owners fault at all just wish we knew ahead of time. Jonathan was very nice and accommodating.

Beyond our expectations! So clean and cozy! One of our favorite vacations so far! Location is excellent! Kayaking to the near by Island was our favorite! We felt right at home and felt safe sleeping in such a peaceful area! The neighbor was so sweet and helpful to us! We can’t wait to come back! Excellent host!!!

We had a great stay! With 4 young children, it’s very difficult finding the right place to stay. This property is a gem and worked so well for our family. It really felt like a home away from home. We really enjoyed our time on the pier and on the flotation mat. The hot tub and kayaks were a nice plus. Also, the locals and neighbors were very friendly. There was a great balance of privacy and nice interactions with others. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again in the future. 100% worth it!

This place is perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway by the water. Fishing dock and kayaks. It’s a nice spot within minutes of restaurants and groceries. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Swansboro/Cedar Point area.

It was a lovely stay. We loved the water access and the proximity to beaches and major touristy areas. Sadly no dolphins for us but it was fun to watch out on the water lol. Would absolutely stay here again. The comments about how nice the neighbor is are true, he is so friendly and welcoming to the area and shared all the best places to go.

Great view, clean, easy check out

Perfect place for our family of 4! Had great accommodations. Our favorite thing was waking up, making coffee, and sitting on the porch with our daughters! Definitely would recommend to a friend. Close to beach and restaurants.

It was my first time personally renting an AirBNB. The host was AWESOME and the location was even better! Right on the intercostal waterway, with access to a private dock and kayaks. We used this beautiful property as our weekend getaway after my wife and I got married. Our whole family had a great time. Our 5 month old got to experience the aquarium, the beach, and sitting on the dock with dad fishing, all in 1 weekend. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to finish off our wedding weekend.

We had an amazing time at our Airbnb stay! The location is perfect! Very quiet and peaceful. The water was beautiful and we brought our small fishing boat and had a blast. Jonathan was very helpful and quickly responsive! We will definitely be back.

House is nice, dock is great. Was windy, real windy, first 2 days of our stay but such happens on the coast. The current is very strong due to tides. Caught sharks, sting rays, snd some pinfush/croakers. I imagine when certain fish are running, especially drum, fishing could be crazy. We saw dolphibs every day but only once were they there for a long while. I would certainly stay here again.

Great place to take a rest and really enjoy the hottub time every day. Homeowners are very friendly and helpful. They sent me plenty of travel guides information which is very useful for our first time tour here. We tried the restaurants the guides recommended and really like them. We went to the beach which is super wonderful. Anyway, it was a nice trip.

Jonathan’s home was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting, and Jonathan provided both a clean and beautiful home. We will be happy to come back and stay again in the future. Tom

Beautiful waters from the private deck, kayaks and wonderful neighbors. This home was on a quiet dead end street so very peaceful. Dolphins played in the waters every day and could be seen from the big screened in porch. Lots of beach options nearby and hiking trails.

This house and location was the perfect sanctuary and exactly as described. The hosts provided every accommodation we needed and they are super nice. The house was spotless and offered beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We saw dolphins on day 1 and caught fish off the dock on day two. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Wow! Jonathan's place was amazing. The house was clean had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the dock to watch the sunrise and loved spending our evenings relaxing on the screened in porch. The hot tub, kayaks, extra blankets, snacks and coffee bar all made for an amazing stay!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our accommodations, so many little extras on top of what was in the description. A beautiful area, lovely dock and town, just a winner all around. We went when chilly but still got to play and fish off the dock. Hubby caught several fish which was the icing on the cake! Made for a memorable 70th bday. Thank you to Jonathan and his wife for all the thoughtful touches! Will definitely be back when we can kayak and explore.

Had all the essentials for a great Thanksgiving get together. Not a better place to watch the Swansboro Christmas boat flotilla!! We watched from the spacious screened porch and the property’s private dock. Staying at this cottage for Thanksgiving could become a family tradition!

We were so glad that we chose this particular house verses one off the beach in Emerald Isle. It was the perfect waterfront spot to do a little fishing and to relax. Because we were there off season, the street and waterway were quiet and peaceful. We had the perfect weather week of 75 to 80 degrees during the day, sunny skies and cool nights. The cottage was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. We ate dinner both nights on the screened porch over looking the water. I could not have asked for a better spot to celebrate my birthday with my husband. We loved exploring Cedar Point and Swansboro. We caught a few fish. The water was too cold too swim but the hot tub was perfect for two people who have worked a lot of hours in the past several months. Our hosts were so nice and very responsive. Thank you so much for sharing your adorable Airbnb with us. We definitely want to come back and we highly recommend.

Great location!! Absolutely beautiful views. Hone was well stocked with everything you could think of. Swimming and fishing on site was wonderful, boat dock available. People were friendly and responded quickly to the few issues we had. The only negative thing was the screen doors on the house and screened in porch did not latch. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again.
